Terms and Conditions – wa999 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wa999 platform — whether through a web browser on your mobile or desktop — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you (the player) and wa999 as the platform operator.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, live casino, bingo, promotions, deposits, and withdrawals. They apply regardless of how you access the platform and regardless of whether you have completed full account registration.

If you use the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements set out below. However, sharing accounts is not permitted — each player must maintain their own individual account.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

wa999 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players without exception.

wa999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the registration process or at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documentation for age verification includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or any other government-issued identification that clearly shows your date of birth and full name.

If you are found to be under the age of 18, your account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be refunded after review. Winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must be registering for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of a commercial entity.
• You must not be a current employee of wa999 or an immediate family member of one.
• You must not be acting as an agent or in any representative capacity on behalf of a third party.
• Your account must not be used for any commercial betting or arbitrage activities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from wa999 or have had an account closed for Terms violations.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on wa999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, or the same household — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wa999 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. You must not share your login details with any other person.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact wa999 support immediately.
• wa999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• All activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

wa999 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, account sharing, or other security violations. In such cases, any funds on account will be held pending investigation.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on wa999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wa999 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfers, and other mobile wallets as made available on the Deposit page from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your wa999 account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Standard processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected near-instantly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match your wa999 account details.
• Deposits made from a third-party account (someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account) will be returned and the associated gaming activity may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day — current limits are shown on the Deposit page.
• wa999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited into wa999 are held for gaming purposes only and are not considered a savings or investment instrument.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made by verified account holders. To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC), and the withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit — JazzCash, Easypaisa, or a bank account registered in your name.

wa999 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the volume of requests and the payment method selected. Once a withdrawal is approved by wa999, the timeline for funds to appear in your mobile wallet or bank account depends on the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply — current limits are listed on the Withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering completed bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• wa999 may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on the withdrawal request.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved.

wa999 reserves the right to delay or hold a withdrawal where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, a review will be conducted and the outcome communicated to the player.

6Bonuses & Promotions

wa999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL matches and T20 tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Free bets must be used on the specified market type and minimum odds stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and are non-transferable between accounts.
• wa999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional structures — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on wa999 are subject to the platform's general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

• All cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and other formats — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled according to wa999's match abandonment policy as displayed on the Sports page.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds at which your bet will be settled.
• wa999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened or settled due to a technical error.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including large volumes placed on unlikely outcomes immediately before a result, may be investigated and bets may be voided pending review.

Live Casino & Bingo

• Live casino game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer or the system.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the result of the round will stand and be settled according to the outcome recorded by the server.
• Bingo results are determined by the platform's random number generator and are final.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion is a serious violation and will result in immediate account suspension.

8Responsible Gaming

wa999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and safe for adults. Gaming should always be treated as entertainment, not as a way to earn income or recover financial losses. If gaming stops being fun, it is time to step back.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wa999. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.

• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language towards other players or wa999 staff.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing any other person to use your account.

wa999 uses monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Where a violation is identified, wa999 reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation.

10Privacy & Data Use

This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and deliver the platform's services.

11Limitation of Liability

• wa999 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our direct control.
• wa999 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to log out of a shared device or for unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• wa999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• wa999's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident will not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits wa999's liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

wa999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised review date shown at the top. For significant changes, wa999 may also notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of wa999 following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
